For some, Google + is actually quite the minus
How would you feel if you paid for Google services and you were not able to partake in all the services they provided just because you were a paying customer?
I think it would make me want to stop paying for Google and find someone else to support my e-mails and blog.
I'd be upset if I couldn't have access to the free stuff just because I had a paid subscription. I would cancel my subscription. I would tend to think Google obviously doesn't want my money.
ReplyDeleteHow could Google have made this better? Maybe by owning up to their mistake in the first place, before people hand over money. Maybe by acknowledging the problem and working to find a fix for it and marketing that goal. Could crowd-sourcing possibly help Google find a solution to its problem?
