Urban Ministries of Wake County is a non-profit organization that provides people’s basic needs for food, shelter, and healthcare, and providing services that promote self-sufficiency. An evaluation of the company’s strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats served as a foundation for this strategic analysis and marketing plan. The plan focus’ on ways for Urban Ministries to raise funds to help support their programs, provide means of transportation for potential people in need, and expand public awareness about their services to local citizens in Wake County. We will begin by contacting local transportation companies to donate their services and time in order to accommodate for the transportation needs. Implement the development of mass marketing in Wake County to acquire funds needed. Distribute flyers to other shelters who provide similar services that will include transportation schedule as well as all services available at Urban Ministries.
