It was 2005 when I received my invitation to facebook and I remember it like it was yesterday. Now I regret ever accepting that as it has become an addiction. Social networking in general has become a vice I seem to face regularly and let's be honest... A majority of today's society can agree. Which is why I have been pondering on the idea of Google+. To accept the invitation or not? This blog caught my eye as the spectrum of social networking expands.

I have just started hearing about Google+ and recently got an invitation. I chose not to accept because at the time I was not really sure what it was. After reading this article I am sure that I would like Facebook better anyway. I am not into the group chat or designing my page. One thing that I really liked about Facebook was that it was so simple. I never had a MySpace page because it seemed so complicated to set up and navigate. Basically...I think I will stick with Facebook.
ReplyDeleteI have a Google + account but I have not really cared to get on it. I think that if enough people like it that it will become just as popular. It could take facebook down just like Facebook took down myspace.
ReplyDeleteI have just recently heard about Google+; ever since I did my first blog post. I read some articles about what it is, and it did not really catch my attention. I'm already addicted to Facebook which is not a good thing, so I don't think adding another social networking site. I might change my mind later, but Facebook is easy to use, and right now I don't want to learn how to navigate something different that might cause me to waste more time.
